At time of contact, you will be informed about the process of setting up your first appointment and answer any questions you may have.
COUNSELING CLIENTS
Counseling services are offered for women, couples and teens 17 and older (under age 18, must be accompanied by an adult during the first session). (1)
LIFE STYLE CLIENTS
Life Style coordination is offered to anyone who needs a change. (1)
(1) Under no circumstances will a male client be seen without a third party present.
REQUIREMENT FOR FIRST COUNSELING SESSION
All paperwork must be read, completed, signed and submitted one week prior to first appointment. Once the paperwork is received you will be contacted and the appointment will be set either through Skype or at the ministry office. Please print out the counseling questionnaire and forms listed at the bottom of this page.
FIRST COUNSELING APPOINTMENT
During the first appointment, which can last up to two hours, it will be determined that the client and counselor are a good match by both parties. After the first appointment, a subsequent appointment will be set and will be conducted in a 1 hour time frame: some appointments may extend to 1 ½ hours if needed. The majority of appointments are kept to the 1 hour time frame. There is no charge for the first appointment.
FIRST LIFE STYLE COORDINATING APPOINTMENT
Prior to your first appointment, the client needs to record 1 week of their daily schedule. This record will include: all elements of daily life such as sleeping schedule, exercise, eating, recreation, studying, etc. At first appointment, your paperwork submitted will be reviewed and an individualized program will be laid out to accomplish the goals of the client. Please print our the Lifestyle questionnaire and forms listed at the bottom of this page. There is no charge for the first appointment.
WHEN YOU PAY
I have a heart’s desire to assist you with the Lord’s direction, His word, my professional training, education and life experience. To keep this ministry continuing for you and for others I call your attention to the financial matter. Your support of this ministry will provide for those individuals that are not able to pay for counseling sessions. For those individuals who are not able to contribute, please do not let the fee schedule keep you from obtaining the healing God has intended for you. If you can contribute a portion, please allow the Lord to guide you in your giving. No questions are asked. The Lord provides for His children. Donations may be made through PayPal, by check or cash.
The fee is based on a sliding scale according to your gross annual household income.
